Role responsibilitiesProduction, review and approval of Electrical reports, drawings and calculations.
- An Electrical Engineering honours degree
- Chartered Membership of a professional institution
- Knowledge and understanding of UK and international design codes, standards and specifications, in particular BS 7671
- Demonstrable experience in the Gas/Petrochemical Industry with knowledge of Hazardous Area Protection Concepts and Industrial design and protection of LV Systems
- Some HV design experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Ability to work on own initiative on technical matters and manage their own time and that of others
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to use Trimble electrical design software
- UK Gas Industry experience
- Cadent / National Gas G17/35 Electrical Appraiser or Approver
