Pay Rate£13.50-£14.50 per hour
Hours40 hours per week; primarily days (may require PM shifts during peak).
Key Duties- Delivering in‑house training for MHE equipment (LLOP, PPT, Reach, Counterbalance, etc.).
- Assessing and refreshing current employees on safe MHE practices.
- Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
- Keeping accurate training records and certification documents.
- Working closely with warehouse management to identify training needs.
- Supporting warehouse operations when training is not required.
