The RAC is the UK's leading breakdown service provider, a people-powered business delivering best-in-class motoring services. We are growing and have a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based Mercedes-Benz Specialist Technicians to join our Roadside Patrol team.

• Base salary of £35,000, with average OTE of £43,000–£53,000
• 23 days annual leave rising to 25 days with service

The Roadside Patrol role involves working face-to-face with members, handling breakdowns, providing technical support, and delivering the high level of service our members expect.

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer focused approach
• A full UK driving licence

You’ll come across a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues, so technical experience is essential. You’ll need to demonstrate core mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills.
