Design & Technology Teacher (ECT) – Havering

Location: Havering, East London

Salary: MPS (Outer London) – £36,413 to £38,318 per annum

Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Havering is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Design & Technology to join their successful department. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive and well-structured environment.

The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ creativity, problem-solving skills, and practical understanding of design and manufacturing processes.
Experience or the ability to teach Food Technology would be highly desirable.
