Secondary Teaching Assistant

Overview

Integra Education are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils in secondary schools across Warrington, Cheshire

• Support teachers in delivering lessons across all subjects
• Assist pupils individually or in small groups to improve learning outcomes
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation in class
• Help with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Support pupils with additional needs where required

• Be patient, friendly and adaptable
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be proactive in supporting learning and classroom management
• Have experience with children or a desire to work in education
• Understand safeguarding procedures (training is provided)
• Have the ability to commute to Warrington
