Role Description

As a member of the Sales & Admissions team, the International Enrolment Advisor assists prospective students with the application and enrolment process across multiple international campuses. The incumbent will contribute to the growth of student enrolment by managing leads and personally developing the pipeline by supporting, interviewing, and encouraging qualified students to study abroad.

In this role, you will provide the highest levels of service and support to both current and prospective students, helping them transition to a new academic and cultural environment. This position is a full‑time, work‑from‑home sales role offering commissions and flexibility. Team coverage extends throughout the week depending on location, with schedules based on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Advise and guide students regarding career and programme interests, ensuring alignment with their academic and professional goals.
  • Assist prospective students through the enrolment process specific to their chosen programme, offering personalised advice and support, and providing registration assistance to ensure excellent student experiences.
  • Conduct outreach activities via outbound calls, scheduled phone appointments, emails, chat, video chat, and SMS.
  • Provide information and guidance to international students about academic programmes, admission requirements, and the application process, including price quotes.
  • Review and evaluate international student applications for admission, ensuring all required payments and documents are submitted to meet institutional criteria.
  • Assist students with course registration, financial aid, accommodation options, and other enrolment logistics to ensure they start and complete their programmes.
  • Coordinate pre‑arrival orientation programmes to prepare students for studying abroad, including cultural adjustment, academic expectations, and living in a new country.
  • Collect and process payments before, at enrolment, and after the student’s arrival, collaborating directly with the accounts receivable department.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international students during the enrolment process and after arrival, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure international students have a successful academic and cultural integration.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, helping them adapt to academic life and access student services at the institution.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure seamless support for international students.
  • Effectively utilise technology platforms for student management, communication, and engagement, maintaining knowledge of online education platforms and career planning tools.
  • Work in a team environment while being an independent performer to meet and exceed monthly enrolment sales targets.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to write clearly and professionally while being sensitive to students’ needs.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset and strong team player.
  • Fluency in Italian aside from English is an advantage.
Education and Experience Required
  • Post‑secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, student services, and/or admissions in an international education setting.
  • Understanding of international student visa and immigration regulations.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.

Salary: EURO 25,000‑30,000 annually, plus up to 12,000 bonus annually.
