In this role, you will deliver high‑quality practical training to learners studying roofing qualifications. You will guide, coach, and support students through hands‑on workshop sessions, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and safe working practices needed for a successful career in the roofing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced roofer to move into education, with full instructor training and support provided if required.

• Full training and instructor qualification support provided
• Deliver practical roofing instruction in a workshop environment
• Support learners to develop safe, industry‑standard working practices
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for training sessions
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe, organised, and professional training environment

• Strong industry experience within roofing
• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience
• Passion for mentoring and developing learners
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to complete teaching or instructor training (if not already held)
• Committed to health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing
