OverviewOur client, a well-established Further Education provider in Surrey, is seeking a Motorsport & Motor Vehicle Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an industry-experienced professional to shape and develop learners within a dynamic automotive and motor sport education environment. The successful candidate will contribute to both curriculum delivery and programme development, while supporting student participation in competitive motor sport activities.

Responsibilities- Deliver engaging teaching and practical training across Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes in a range of learning environments.
- Act as Course Leader for City & Guilds Level 1 and 2 and IMI Level 2 programmes.
- Support the development and expansion of Motor Vehicle and Motorsport courses, including short course provision.
- Assist the College race team principal at student motor sport events as required.
- Guide, motivate, and support learners to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Contribute to quality assurance and quality monitoring activities to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Provide tailored support to ensure students and clients reach their maximum potential.
- Industry experience in Motor Vehicle or Motorsport.
- Recognised Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds or IMI).
- Experience working with electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Teaching experience or an assessor qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to high standards and learner support.
