As a Mental Health Assistant
, you will support pupils both individually and in small groups, helping them manage emotions, improve behaviour, and develop confidence within the classroom environment. You will assist teachers in creating a calm and structured learning atmosphere that encourages positive engagement and progress.

You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SEN staff, behaviour specialists, and therapists, gaining valuable insight into therapeutic and behavioural support strategies.
