Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Pay: 95 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and well-established secondary school in Leicester is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their support team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants consistent, school-based experience rather than day-to-day supply work. The school offers clear behaviour systems, supportive leadership, and a structured environment where Teaching Assistants play a key role in student progress.

• Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
• Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention support
• Assist teachers during lessons and classroom activities
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Help create a calm, inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required

• Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, mentoring, coaching, care, etc.)
• A patient, proactive and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Long-term stability in one school
• No day-to-day supply
