An outstanding secondary school in Leicester is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Art to join their highly successful and well-resourced Art Department ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers, with full induction and ongoing support provided.

The Art Department is a popular and high-performing subject area, with strong uptake at GCSE and A-Level. Many students progress to study Art and related subjects at degree level, reflecting the quality of teaching and curriculum provision.

• Be able to teach Art up to GCSE (A-Level experience desirable but not essential)
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Be passionate about Art and committed to inspiring creativity and high achievement
• Have high expectations for pupil progress and attainment
