Active Leicester operates swimming lessons at seven leisure centres within the city:
Aylestone, Braunstone, Cossington Street, Evington, Leicester Leys, New Parks and Spence Street.

As a Casual Swim Teacher you have the flexibility to work across any of the Active Leicester sites, covering lessons on an ad‑hoc basis.

• Deliver motivating and engaging swimming lessons for all ages and ability levels.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Record attendance and progress of students.

• Current swimming instructor qualification (CIP or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work casual hours across multiple sites.
