Digital Trainer Developer; EPR | University Hospitals NHS Trust

This full-time substantive post will be based within the Digital and Data department. The post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining eLearning, digital materials, guides and documents for the EPR Programme that is delivering an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in collaboration with Nerve centre. This role will require tasks such as creating interactive eLearning, video creation/editing, podcasts, screen casts, animations, onscreen step by step guides etc.

for the various modules as they are developed, or updated, within the EPR Programme along with any other training materials, SharePoint and Learning Management System (LMS). In addition, you may be called upon to facilitate or train and lead onsite sessions, online forums and Teams-based meetings supporting any training. The post holder will be working with the wider Digital and Data team and others including clinicians, technologists and operational colleagues across various projects, to assist in the delivery of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) solutions to enable a blended learning approach to courses.

• Produce comprehensive training plans and training materials to enable maximum benefits from the digital systems and support ongoing usage of clinical and business systems, working closely with the EPR Training Lead to develop change plans for staff affected by newly digitised processes.
• Develop and maintain digital educational media for Digital Projects, including interactive immersive eLearning, user guides, training manuals and reference materials.
• Support delivery of training for digital educational media to staff via virtual classroom or in-person face‑to‑face learning.
