An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Stafford Leys Primary School as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a fixed term basis until August 2026. The successful candidate will be required to work from Monday to Friday for 31.25 hours per week.
The HLTA is responsible for providing support to our pupils and teachers within the school by providing high quality education. The successful candidate will predominantly teach whole classes of children in all year groups, across the school but the role will also involve supporting children in smaller groups, or on a 1:1 basis, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).This
role is a rewarding one with the successful candidate having the opportunity to gain more experience in the classroom and work with a supportive team.

* • Hold the HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
• Have experience in a classroom environment
• Have experience of supporting SEND in an educational setting

• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
• Have the ability to contribute to the progression of learning
