A dedicated service organization in Leicester seeks a Sgt (Any Profession) to join the Careers Engagement Team. The successful candidate will plan and deliver career engagement activities in educational institutions while representing the RAF at various recruitment events. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a passion for engaging with youth, and be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Travel may be required. This position is full time and aims to improve recruitment among diverse and underrepresented groups.
