PE Teacher – School

Overview

The School is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate PE Teacher to join their dynamic team of staff in Leicester from February half term. A love for physical education and the ability to inspire students are key qualities the School is seeking. This is a full-time, permanent position, and the successful candidate will teach PE up to KS3, KS4, and A-Level.

The PE department is known for its commitment to providing a high-quality education in physical education and sports. The department fosters a strong sense of teamwork and ambition, and students across all year groups genuinely enjoy and engage in PE lessons. The curriculum is varied and exciting, offering a wide range of sports and physical activities. There is also a focus on supporting teachers with work-life balance through minimal marking and effective teaching strategies.

• Degree in Physical Education or related field
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching PE up to KS3, KS4, and ideally A-Level

The salary for this PE Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract, MPS/UPS.
