Exam Invigilators

Overview

Wigston Academies Trust is seeking to recruit Exam Invigilators to strengthen our existing team in the running of all internal and public examinations. Invigilation is a responsible role, covering all aspects of examinations before, during and after.

• Provide invigilation before, during and after examinations as required.
• Ensure examination rooms run smoothly and students are supported in a calm, professional manner.
• Maintain audit and security procedures to protect the integrity of examinations.
• Monitor and respond to student needs and queries during exams.

• Candidates will need to be flexible, have effective communication skills, and be a confident, patient and reassuring presence to students in examination rooms.
• Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
