Position: Secondary Cover Staff needed

We’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Leicester, with immediate starts available for both daily supply and long-term roles.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

Supervise classes during teacher absences

Deliver pre-set work and ensure lessons run smoothly

Manage classroom behaviour and engage students in learning

Build positive relationships with staff and pupils

Start Date:

ASAP – roles available immediately!

✅ Requirements:

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Experience working with young people (preferred)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for education
