About the Role:- Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create engaging learning experiences
- Support students during classroom and outdoor activities
- Celebrate and track student progress
- Build strong relationships with students to boost confidence
- Implement behaviour management strategies
- Assist in creating engaging learning resources and displays
- ✅ Experience working with SEN students or vulnerable young people
- ✅ Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
- ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ✅ Passion for inclusive education and student wellbeing
