We're looking for educators, mentors, creatives, and coaches who are ready to reimagine what teaching can be.

• A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoring
• Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
• Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner's interests and strengths
• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent - able to build trust and spark confidence
• Not afraid to throw out the rulebook when it's not serving the learner

• Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects - but through a flexible, creative and relationship-first lens
• Plan engaging, relevant sessions that meet learners where they are - academically and emotionally
• Work closely with Randstad's team to track learner progress beyond grades: confidence, engagement, and curiosity matter too
• Help young people reconnect with the idea that they can learn - and that learning can be joyful

• Make a difference where it counts - support learners on the margins of mainstream education
• Work flexibly - choose hours and locations that fit your life
• Be part of a values-driven team
• Access CPD & community - we support your growth as a human-centred educator
• Use your creativity - we welcome musicians, artists, STEM lovers, storytellers, and problem-solvers
