About the Role:

- Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create engaging learning experiences
- Support students during classroom and outdoor activities
- Celebrate and track student progress

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with students to boost confidence
- Implement behaviour management strategies
- Assist in creating engaging learning resources and displays
