Are you a proactive individual with strong behaviour management skills seeking a flexible teaching role?

GSL Education are looking for a committed Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply work in schools across Kibworth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students and gain valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

• Manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Provide feedback to school staff on student engagement and progress.

Cover Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Proactive attitude with strong behaviour management skills.
• Strong levels of Maths and English are essential.
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
