Duties for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:

• Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice4
• Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
• Revit proficiency
• Job running experience
• Experience managing a small team
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• CIAT registered would be advantageous
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
