Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition design and build company specialising in bespoke exhibition stands, brand environments, live experiences, and interior fit-out projects for UK and international clients. The business is known for delivering high-quality, technically robust, and visually engaging environments
, working collaboratively across creative, technical, and project delivery teams to bring concepts to life. Due to continued project demand, they are now looking to appoint an experienced 3D Designer to strengthen their creative function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3D Designer with strong exhibition and/or interior fit-out experience to work on a wide variety of live event, exhibition, and spatial design projects. You will take creative briefs and translate them into high-end 3D concepts and visuals
, supporting projects from early design stages through to live delivery. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, technical designers, and clients, ensuring designs are both creative and buildable. This position would suit someone confident working in 3ds Max
, with a strong understanding of exhibition structures, spatial layouts, and interior environments

• Translating verbal and written briefs into high-quality 3D visuals and concepts
• Designing bespoke exhibition stands, experiential spaces, and interior fit-out environments
• Developing and adapting existing concepts to meet client and technical requirements
• Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting project coordination and delivery timelines
• Attending occasional UK and international site visits to support live projects

• Minimum 4 years' experience in exhibition design, live events, or interior fit-out projects
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, with experience using V-Ray or equivalent rendering software
• Proven experience producing build-aware, spatially accurate designs
• Ability to hand sketch and/or digitally sketch concepts
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Confident working independently while collaborating within a wider project team
• Solid understanding of site processes, materials, and construction methods
• AutoCAD experience beneficial, but not essential
• Detail-focused, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset
