Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle enquiries, provide clear and accurate information, and ensure each client receives outstanding service.

• Respond to client calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
• Assist clients with account queries, updates, and documentation
• Explain financial services and products clearly and compliantly
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team while keeping clients updated
• Maintain accurate client records in line with data protection and FCA requirements
• Support process improvements to enhance the customer experience

• Previous experience in customer service (finance or banking preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of FCA regulations
