You’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every service journey feels effortless, informed, and professional.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running efficiently in a busy dealership environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings across all channels
Clearly explaining required work, costs, and timescales
Providing regular updates throughout the service process
Working closely with technicians and the workshop to monitor progress
Preparing estimates, authorising work, and ensuring accurate invoicing
Handling queries or concerns with professionalism and calm
Maintaining high standards of process, quality, and customer care
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer‑facing role (desirable, not essential)
Strong communication and listening skills
Highly organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
A calm, friendly, and inclusive approach
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Automotive experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
Full UK driving licence
