We are a leading national Fit Out Contractor, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail, leisure, and workplace sectors. With a reputation built on innovation, collaboration, and exceptional delivery, we partner with some of the UK's most recognisable brands. Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of work, we are looking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Junior Estimator to join our pre-construction team.

As a Junior Estimator, you will play a key role supporting the preparation of competitive tenders for fit out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £100k to £5m+. Working closely with Senior Estimators, Project Managers, and the wider pre-construction team, you will develop your skills and gain full exposure to the tendering and pricing process.

• Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate quotations
• Help prepare bills of quantities and schedules of rates
• Maintain and update cost databases
• Support value engineering exercises and alternative cost proposals
• Work collaboratively with the pre-construction team to ensure high-quality tender submissions
• Contribute to handover meetings and support the delivery team as required

• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A willingness to learn and develop xlqdzyr within a fast-paced environment

• Degree or HNC/HND in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• Experience with in a fit out, construction, or interiors environment (placement or 6-12 months+ advantageous)
• Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Conquest, Causeway, Bluebeam)
