A well-established social housing contractor in Leicester is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will manage project costs, ensuring construction projects are completed within budget. Responsibilities include procurement, producing cashflow forecasts, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A full UK driving licence is required.
