This is a full-time position located in Enderby, Leicester, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead and manage building projects from inception to completion, providing expert advice and collaboration with clients in the education sector. Responsibilities include conducting building assessments, preparing feasibility reports, specifications of work and contract administration services. You will also mentor junior team members and foster strong, trusted client relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Extensive experience in building surveying
• Strong skills in assessing building performance, preparing reports, and managing construction projects at various stages.
• Proficiency in compliance with building regulations and managing funding applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on client engagement, particularly in the education sector.
• Degree qualification in building surveying or similar fields with chartership beneficial
• Knowledge of the education sector, academy premises, and capital funding processes is an advantage but not essential
