Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
📍 Leicester • 💼 Full Time | 37.5 hours • 💷 £51,500 - £53,000 per annum • 🎁 £7,500 Welcome Bonus
Diamond Search Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading children's residential care provider for an experienced Registered Manager in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a warm, nurturing children's home and make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
The Role- Lead and manage a children's residential home
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care
- Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team
- Manage budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations
- Work closely with professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
- Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- £51.5k - £53k salary + £7.5k welcome bonus
