Location: Earl Shilton

We’re looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a team at Compass Community, delivering outstanding care, supportive relationships, and a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your own team to ensure children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home.
  • Foster supportive relationships encouraging open reflection, transforming lives through shared living and learning experiences.
  • Ensure home occupancy and attainment of a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • At least 2 years supervising and managing staff.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • Achieved a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within recent Ofsted Inspections.
