We’re looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a team at Compass Community, delivering outstanding care, supportive relationships, and a safe, nurturing environment for children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire your own team to ensure children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home.
- Foster supportive relationships encouraging open reflection, transforming lives through shared living and learning experiences.
- Ensure home occupancy and attainment of a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
- At least 2 years supervising and managing staff.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Achieved a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within recent Ofsted Inspections.
- Designated psychologist within each home and community.
- Dedicated education service.
- Industry-leading training and support with renowned psychologists.
- Direct therapeutic work with children.
- Member of Community of Communities.
- Child‑centred budgets and homes decorated to the highest standard.
- Supportive and reliable on‑call system.
- Organisational support from IT, HR, Marketing and bespoke database systems.

- Up to £5,000 relocation package if you relocate for the role.
- 224 hours holiday, increasing to 248 after 4 years.
