Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Max Energy

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Analyst to support all functions across Max Energy focussed on reporting and process improvement.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate KPI reporting, maintaining dashboards and supporting our leadership team with data that drives smarter decisions.

What you’ll do:

· Maintain and develop business reports and dashboards, continually improving data quality and insight.

· Liaise with teams across the business to optimise processes and ensure best practice in data management.

· Identify new tools, software and insights to enhance reporting and performance monitoring.

· Document key processes to manage risk and enable continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

· A degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

· Experience with data storage, reporting, and visualisation tools.

· A good understanding of business processes and a collaborative approach to working across teams.

· Clear communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
