Service Contract Coordinator

Overview

Are you organised, customer-focused and great at building relationships over the phone and email? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Contract Coordinator to join our friendly Service Contracts team.

• Proactively contact customers to renew monthly service contracts (target-driven)
• Create and send pipette calibration quotations within agreed timescales
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer leads and enquiries
• Process contract amendments accurately and efficiently
• Make regular outbound calls to existing customers
• Keep the team inbox clear
• Support the field sales team and help colleagues to hit team targets

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service ethos - you genuinely enjoys helping people
• Comfortable working to targets and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident user of Outlook and Excel
• Proactive, resourceful and able to prioritise under pressure
• Team player who s happy to support others when needed

Previous experience in contract administration, customer service or inside sales is advantageous but not essential - full training will be given.
