Account Coordinator - Assets

To ensure the client’s asset register is accurate, you will:

  • Update the Concerto CAFM system with asset changes and input asset data provided by suppliers following asset replacement, reactive maintenance attendance and store development projects.
  • Coordinate asset tagging programmes and personally tag sites as and when required (vehicle and accommodation provided).

  • Understand and utilise the prompts within the Concerto CAFM system.

Experience and Competencies
  • Ideally experienced in facilities management, service operations or delivery coordination.
  • Ideally experienced in managing large and complex data sources.
  • Ideally experienced in asset data collation and asset tagging.
  • Understanding of asset management principles and asset life cycles.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder skills.
  • Adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Understanding how to manage client relationships.
  • Commercial acumen.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work between your home address and Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP
Monday to Friday (09:00‑17:00).
