Estimator
to join our growing team in Leicester.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality quotations to our customers and supporting the continued growth of the business. This position is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and customer-focused who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Preparing accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all required information is provided.
• Monitoring and responding to enquiries from the shared estimating mailbox.
• Pricing work effectively to help win new business at targeted profit margins.
• Ensuring work meets legal, statutory, and customer requirements without compromising standards.
• Updating pricing and customer rates within internal systems (CTSi & CRM).
• Collaborating with subcontractors to secure up-to-date agreed rates.
• Tracking and recording key commercial metrics such as win rates and reasons for declined quotes.
• Maintaining complete confidentiality of customer information.

• Attention to detail and ability to work proactively as part of a team
• Motivated, diligent and customer-focused
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Background in materials testing
