The Role

The Growth Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts in the designated region. This role involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Account Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, buyers and sellers, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Growth Strategy:
    Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling of products/services.
  • Customer Retention:
    Implement strategies to retain existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer implementation:
    Support onboarding process for new clients, including requirement analysis, product configuration, and providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation.
  • Sales Targets:
    Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set for the region.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges within the region.
  • Customer Feedback:
    Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
