What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing and coordinating daily workshop operations to maximise efficiency
Allocating jobs based on skill, priority, and workload
Monitoring progress and resolving issues quickly and confidently
Working closely with service advisors to ensure accurate communication
Supporting technicians with guidance, prioritisation, and problem‑solving
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Helping to build a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing workshop culture
What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar aftersales role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A supportive leadership style that brings out the best in your team
A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service
Manufacturer experience is beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence
