We are recruiting fixed term administrators to join our growing Wealth Management support teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment, with full training provided!
** What you’ll be doing:
** You’ll play a key role supporting our experienced Client Relationship Managers by working on data-led, admin-focused tasks, including:
* preparing annual valuations and summaries for clients
* accurately inputting and updating client and portfolio data
* managing high volumes of information with precision and care
* following clear processes and checklists to meet deadlines
** This role is ideal for you if you:
*** are starting out in your career or looking for your first role in financial or professional services
* enjoy working with data and getting the details right
* are naturally organised and like working to clear processes and deadlines
* have confident keyboard skills and are comfortable using multiple systems
* don’t mind repetitive tasks and take satisfaction in completing work accurately
* want to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive team

* What we’re looking for:
*** GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
* confidence using systems, spreadsheets, and databases
* a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* strong written communication skills
