WE ARE LOOKSubmitting] LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR FRIENDLY TEAM AT FOSSE MEAD ACADEMY. Maternity cover until 31st March 2027.
Working Hours:
8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Wednesday, Term Time plus 1 week including INSET Days (39 weeks per annum).
A unique opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the admin team at Fosse Mead Academy, as part of The Mead Educational Trust.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Provide a high standard front of house service to all visitors, pupils and staff including telephone conversations and face‑to‑face discussions
- Support the school in achieving positive and effective lines of communication and offering assistance, help and advice to visitors, staff, pupils, parents, outside agencies and the local community
- Produce and manage data (e.g. Bromcom) and create reports as required for management and external services (e.g. attendance or admissions)

- GCSE English and Maths (A*‑C) or equivalent (Level 2 Basic Skills literacy/numeracy) (Essential)
