Are you a numbers whiz who loves keeping accounts in order? We're looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our Leicester team. With 20-30 hours per week (flexible schedule) and potential for extra hours in the future, this role is perfect if you're seeking a balanced work-life routine while making a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing accounts using Sage 50
Supporting payroll for ~100 hourly and 30 salaried staff (monthly pay run)
Handling general accounts duties: invoicing, supplier payments, statement reconciliation, and credit control
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial records
Collaborating with a small, friendly finance team
What We're Looking For:
Recent experience with Sage 50
Payroll experience a plus
Solid background in general accounts office duties
Detail-oriented and reliable
A team player who can start soon

Pay: £15-£18 per hour (based on experience)
