• Support and oversee repair within Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills.
• Utilize hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
• Receive repair work orders via the work order management system to support stores and associates and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, performing work per Walmart’s Refrigeration HVAC safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction‑related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls OR 4 years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction‑related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls or related field.

• Completion of a 2‑year Vocational or Technical HVAC/R program.
• Mechanical license in the city and/or state where the job is located.

• Individual compensation packages based on factors such as skill set, experience, job offer level, qualifications and other factors.
• Eligible for bonus incentive.
