Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test; current within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
