Truss Production Personnel 2nd Shift

Tibbetts Lumber is looking for goal-oriented individuals who are proven leaders to work as production personnel in our Truss Plant. Production personnel set up and build wood roof and floor trusses for construction along with other assigned duties on our 2nd shift. The hours are 3:30pm- 12:30am Monday
- Friday. Applicants must be team-oriented, motivated, have excellent attendance, and like to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for all required job duties. We offer competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, training, and advancement opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Be team-oriented and motivated

• Have the ability to read a tape measure
• Be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
• Be able to follow all safety-related procedures and practices

• Minimum experience
  - Prior carpentry experience helpful
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns.
