Providence Church is seeking a new Lead Pastor to shepherd our growing congregation. The current Lead Pastor will retire by the end of 2025 or upon filling this role.

Located in the rapidly growing community of Lehigh Acres, adjacent to Fort Myers, Florida, Providence is a church plant that has been blessed with property acquisition for future building. The applicant should be motivated to participate in the building and transition process.

Requirements include a Master of Divinity degree or higher, a commitment to reformed theology of salvation, and belief in the inspiration, inerrancy, and authority of the Scriptures. Given the diversity of our community, the applicant must be able to relate and minister across various ethnic, age, educational, economic, and spiritual maturity levels.
