CROSSING GUARD
Closing Date: Open until Filled
Pay Rate: $15.95 per shift (A shift is 35 minutes or 55 minutes long.)
Schedule: Shifts are available for morning, lunch hour and afternoon based on your availability every day while school is in session.
Department: Police
Job Summary- Performs routine traffic control duties at crosswalks and follow established traffic control procedures to assure the safety of students and pedestrians crossing roadways.
- Permanent positions and substitutes are needed.
- Some knowledge of local traffic laws and basic traffic safety.
- Basic first aid.
- Basic interpersonal communication skills.
- The operation of traffic signalization equipment.
