Primary Duties- Take inbound, pre-qualified B2B sales calls booked directly on your calendar via Google Meet
- Close consultative AI product sales with business owner decision-makers
- Build and manage a growing residual book of business
- Onboard and train additional sales team members as volume scales
- Lead and oversee team production with an override compensation structure
- Develop product fluency in AI business development and outreach systems
- Provide feedback on lead quality and call flow to improve the overall sales process
- Collaborate onsite in Lehi during ramp‑up period before transitioning to remote or hybrid

The role is essentially a closer first, leader second. The progression is pretty clean: master the product and close rate, build residual income, then take on team oversight with override earnings on top.
QualificationsBased on the nature of the role - inbound technical B2B sales with a leadership growth path - here is what I would recommend:
Required- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable close rate
- Comfortable and polished on video calls with business owners and executives
- Able to understand and communicate ROI and value propositions clearly
- Self‑directed and motivated by commission and residual income rather than a base salary
- Available to start within 2-4 weeks
- Able to work onsite in Lehi, UT during initial ramp period
- Experience selling a service, software, or technology product
- Familiarity with AI, marketing technology, or business development tools
- Prior experience in a consultative or solution‑based sales environment
- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading other salespeople
- Coachable but confident - willing to learn the product, not reinvent the process
- High integrity with a relationship‑first approach to selling
- Treats prospects as business partners, not targets
- Consistent and reliable - understands that residual income requires long‑term client retention, not just quick closes

What the Role Looks LikeAll of your calls are inbound. Leads are pre‑qualified and booked directly on your calendar. You are not prospecting—you are closing. Currently averaging 20 booked calls per week, with volume scaling to hundreds per week during speaking engagements and event seasons. Every call is conducted via Google Meet with a B2B decision‑maker who has raised their hand.
This is a technical sale in the AI space. You do not need a technical background— you need to understand business problems and communicate ROI clearly. We will get you up to speed on the product fast.
Compensation Structure- 10% commission on the first month of every deal you close (deals range from $2,500‑$6,000 initial payment, then the client fee is $1,500‑$5,000 ongoing monthly)
