Customer Care Representative

Hours:

Full-time Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM (flexible).

Location:

On-site, Lehi, Utah.

• Represent Riley Blake Designs professionally and warmly in all communications, building positive relationships with every customer, sales associate, and internal team.
• Assist B2B customers promptly and professionally by phone and email.
• Quickly assess and diplomatically resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist and convey information clearly and efficiently to customers effectively.
• Help customers and sales reps with billing questions, product information, and shipping requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining thorough records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex problems and enhance the overall customer experience.

• At least 5 years of phone and written customer support.
• Proficiency with computers; experience with Net Suite or other CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal qualities include integrity, credibility, and dedication to Riley Blake Designs' mission. Regular attendance is essential.
• Because of the nature of our industry and the work involved, knowledge of sewing, quilting, and pattern interpretation is necessary. Machine embroidery experience is a plus.
• This is a fast-paced position, so the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is necessary.
• This is a full-time role, with flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, based on team needs; potential for a hybrid schedule on Fridays.
