• Sales & Business Development:
  
  Proactively generate new Property & Casualty (P&C), Life, and Commercial insurance business through leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Client Consultation:
  
  Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and provide expert insurance recommendations.
• Quoting & Presentation:
  
  Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals, closing sales with professionalism and confidence.
• Relationship Management:
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure retention and referrals.
• Goal Achievement:
  
  Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Licensing:
  
  Active Utah P&C Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience:
  
  Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Communication:
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
