Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions, processing transactions, maintaining a neat sales floor, restocking, and participating in training, requiring a passion for fashion and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* ** Customer Engagement:
** Greet customers, provide personalized styling, answer questions, resolve complaints, and offer a friendly checkout experience.
* ** Sales & Targets:
** Drive sales, meet individual and team goals, leverage technology, and become an expert on current trends and product details.
* ** Store Operations:
** Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle stock (receiving, processing, replenishing), and assist with visual merchandising.
* ** Teamwork:
** Collaborate with management and other associates to support store initiatives and ensure seamless customer service.

Essential Skills &

Qualifications:

* Passion for fashion and brand ambassadorship.
* Strong customer service and sales skills.
* Prior retail experience (often 2+ years).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
