Kneaders Bakery & Cafe
We are currently looking for a talented part‑time Assistant Bread Baker
. The role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team that delivers artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads made with honest, whole ingredients.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in the kitchen, from following recipes to paying close attention to detail to create unique breads.
- Stand, lift, and mix dough and supplies – lifting at least 50 lb. is a daily requirement.
- Work flexible hours, including afternoon, evening, and Sunday shifts. Baking shifts run from 11 am to 7 pm, with possible overnight work during holiday seasons.
- Large‑scale baking or pastry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Attentive compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations.
- Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus.
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
